ANA Spa

SPA Creators were appointed by Castlebridge Group at a very early stage of the project to complete the concept design and full feasibility and business planning.

After working closely with the board in the funding process with the banks and once funding was in place, SPA Creators commenced the detailed design and interior design. The team at SPA Creators touched every aspect of the scheme and the final finish spa is testament to the expertise in hospitality spa design.

The project was completed by Murray & Willis the main contractor and SPA Creators worked closely with the contractor and the client to deliver the scheme supporting the process to final handover of the facility
to the operator.

SPA Creators will continue their involvement with the ‘Light Touch’ management contract taking the business to operational stability. As part of the setup, SPA Creators helped with recruiting the team of management, therapy and leisure staff, then planned the staff training and supported the implementation
of operating procedures.

SPA Creators selected with the client a range of Elemis treatments and LAVA Shell crafting a unique treatment menu. The ANA Spa went live in August with the official launch was on the 18th September 2019.
